About Me

When I was a child, it seemed like after my dental check-ups, I always had a cavity that needed to be filled. Since I seemed to always get cavities even when I thought I was "doing everything right," I decided I must just have "bad teeth" and decided to accept it. However, one day when speaking to a friend who always seemed to have "perfect teeth," I learned that there were just a few small habits I had that were greatly impacting my oral health. Once I made a few small changes to my daily routine, I was finally cavity-free at my next dental check-up! I know there are others out there who think they just have "bad teeth" like I did, and I want to help everyone out there learn how their daily habits impact their teeth by sharing my dental advice on my new blog!
